Cancellation/Refund

1. Experience

① This rule under Article 1 is applicable after the traveller concerned (the “Traveller”) makes a reservation / payment for a travel that the host concerned (the “Host”) registered with PlayPlanet’s (the “Company”) service (the “Service”)(the “Travel”).
② The reference time for any cancellation / refund shall be based on the destination region of the Travel.

  1. Traveller’s change of mind
    1. 7 days prior to the commencement of Travel: full refund
    2. 4-6 days prior to the commencement of Travel: 80% refund
    3. 2-3 days prior to the commencement of Travel: 50% refund
    4. 24 hours prior to the commencement of Travel: refund not allowed
  2. Host’s change of mind
    1. Full refund (excluding natural disasters)

2. Request an Experience (Travel Concierge Service)

① This rule under Article 2 is applicable after the Traveller requests for the Service via the Company’s “Request an Experience” and pays for the provided Travel schedules.
② The reference time for any cancellation / refund shall be based on the destination region of the Travel.

  1. Traveller’s change of mind :
    1. 30 days prior to the commencement of Travel: full refund (excluding the commission for planning and arrangement)
    2. 20-29 days prior to the commencement of Travel: 90% refund (excluding the commission for planning and arrangement)
    3. 10-19 days prior to the commencement of Travel: 70% refund (excluding the commission for planning and arrangement)
    4. 7-9 days prior to the commencement of Travel: 50% refund (excluding the commission for planning and arrangement)
    5. 2-6 days prior to the commencement of Travel: 30% refund (excluding the commission for planning and arrangement)
    6. 24 hours prior to the commencement of Travel: refund not allowed

3. Exceptions

① Where it is difficult to participate in the Travel tour due to health issues (medical certificate is required)
② Where the Travel is cancelled due to the insufficient number of requisite Travellers

  1. Host shall notify through the Company the fact of insufficient number of requisite Travellers by 48 hours prior to the commencement of Travel.
  2. If Host fails to make such notification within the above timeframe and cancels the contract concerned, the Company may file a claim against Host concerned for the refund amount payable to Traveller(s) concerned.
